Colonel William J. Wanovich ’87, commandant of the ¶þ´ÎÔªÄÛB Corps of Cadets since 2014, will retire at the end of the 2020-21 academic year.

Col. Valentina Dimitrova-Grajzl, professor of economics and business at ¶þ´ÎÔªÄÛB, will discuss access to consumer credit for those living on or near American Indian reservations in the United States on the public radio program With Good Reason Jan. 23-29.

Registration is now open for the ¶þ´ÎÔªÄÛB Center for Leadership & Ethics 2021 Leadership Conference, “Strong Leaders, Strong Teams.” This event will be held online Feb. 15-16 and will explore a progression of teamwork principles.

The superintendent regrets to inform the ¶þ´ÎÔªÄÛB community of the death of Dr. Arnold "Arnie" Joyce. He passed away in Lexington on 23 December 2020 at the age of 82.

The superintendent regrets to inform the ¶þ´ÎÔªÄÛB community of the death of Maj. Gen. James M. Morgan, Jr. '45, dean emeritus of the faculty. He passed away in Lexington on 2 January at the age of 97.

On Dec. 31, Col. Eric Hutchings ’77, commandant from 2000 to 2007 and special assistant to the athletic director for military affairs, retired, capping off more than two decades of service to the Institute.

This holiday season, everyone could use a little extra cheer, especially residents of elder care facilities & nursing homes, who are facing little to no visitation due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Thankfully, the Building BRIDGES Club at ¶þ´ÎÔªÄÛB has stepped up to share the holiday spirit.

Just before Christmas, initial steps will begin for ¶þ´ÎÔªÄÛB’s new aquatic center, officially known as the Corps Physical Training Facility Phase III (Aquatic Center).
